* All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

* If, after consultation and medical assessment, the customer is deemed unsuitable for the Body Slimming treatment, the amount paid may be transferred to another treatment or service of equivalent value. The transferred amount is limited to the original payment made, and the Body Slimming pricing shall no longer apply.
若经面诊及医生评估后确认顾客不适合接受 Body Slimming 疗程，已付款项可转用于其他等值疗程或服务。转用金额仅限原支付金额，且不再享有 Body Slimming 优惠价格。
* All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.

* Deposits and full payments do not have an expiry date and may be redeemed at any time, provided the purchased treatment or package remains valid under its respective promotional usage terms.

* All treatments are subject to consultation and assessment by the Company's consultant and/or medical practitioner prior to treatment.

* The Company reserves the right to decline treatment or recommend an alternative treatment if the customer is deemed medically unsuitable.
若经评估认为顾客不适合接受 Body Slimming 疗程，本公司保留拒绝提供疗程或建议其他适合疗程的权利。
5. Transferability | 转让条款
* This promotional package is strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
本优惠配套仅限购买者本人使用，不得转让他人。
* Any request for transfer is subject to the Company's approval and requires the execution of the Company's prescribed Waiver of Rights Letter.
如需转让，须签署本公司指定之《权利转让声明书》（Waiver of Rights Letter），并经本公司书面批准后方可生效。

* Individual treatment outcomes may vary depending on each customer's skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, and response to treatment.

* All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks and potential side effects. Customers acknowledge that they have received sufficient explanation and understand the benefits, limitations, possible risks, and expected recovery associated with the treatment before proceeding.
