Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Beautricemall, we take pride in carefully processing, hand-packing, and dispatching every order with attention and care. As all of our products are hand picked and individually packed by hand, delivery timelines may vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure each order meets our quality standards.
Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing it. Order processing typically takes up to 3 business days. During peak periods such as promotions, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times will be slightly longer.
Please note that orders are only processed on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
During the processing period, customers may receive a tracking number once it has been generated in our system. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not indicate that the order has been shipped or collected by the courier. Tracking information will only begin to update after the parcel has been physically handed over to our appointed courier partners and dispatched for delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s service standards. In general, delivery may take a few additional business days after dispatch. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- High courier volume during promotional periods
- Severe weather conditions
- Operational delays by courier service providers
- Other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances
Beautricemall is unable to guarantee a specific delivery date, and delivery timelines provided are estimates only.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered accurately during checkout. Once an order has been processed, delivery addresses cannot be changed, and Beautricemall will not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, dispatch will take place once the products arrive and are ready for shipment. Estimated arrival timelines for pre-order items will be communicated where possible; however, these are subject to change due to supplier or logistics factors.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
