将去角质磨砂膏涂抹于头皮（分区约为3厘米/1英寸）。从头部前方开始，使用指尖轻轻做打圈按摩，逐步向后按摩至整个头皮。

Apply the rich, creamy exfoliating scrub to the scalp (in partings of approximately 3 cm / 1 inch apart).

Work from the front of the head to the back, using your fingertips to create a gentle, circular massage over the scalp.

Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly and continue with your Miriam Quevedo cleansing ritual. Use our exfoliating scalp mask once a week. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.
