• 付款完成后视为确认购买，恕不接受退款，不能换产品。若面诊后不适合，可更换为其他项目。 • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed and are not eligible for product exchanges. However, if deemed unsuitable after consultation, the payment may be applied to an alternative service.
• 每位顾客可购买多个优惠，但每次需分开付款和下单，以便于后续兑换和处理。 • Each customer may purchase multiple promotions, but each order must be paid and placed separately to facilitate smooth redemption.
• 定金无过期日期。已付款的定金或全额付款没有有效期限制，顾客可随时使用。 • Deposits and full payments do not have an expiry date and can be used at any time.
项目更改 | Project Adjustment
• 如面诊后评估顾客不适合进行眼部项目，顾客可将已付款金额转为其他等值项目或服务。 • If it is determined during consultation that the customer is unsuitable for the eye treatment, the payment can be converted to another service of equivalent value.
