1. Payment & Confirmation | 付款与确认

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

• If, after consultation and medical assessment, the customer is deemed unsuitable for the Fotona 6D treatment, the amount paid may be transferred to another treatment or service of equivalent value. The transferred amount is limited to the original payment made, and the Fotona 6D promotional pricing shall no longer apply.
若经面诊及医生评估后确认顾客不适合接受 Fotona 6D 疗程，已付款项可转用于其他等值疗程或服务。转用金额仅限原支付金额，且不再享有 Fotona 6D 优惠价格。

• All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
所有订金及全额付款恕不接受退款。

• Deposits and full payments do not have an expiry date and may be redeemed at any time, provided the purchased treatment or package remains valid under its respective promotional usage terms.
订金及全额付款本身不设有效期限，可无限期保留；惟所购买之疗程或配套仍须遵守各自优惠活动所规定之使用期限及条款。

2. Promotion Validity | 优惠有效期限

• This promotional offer is valid only during the stated campaign period.
本优惠仅限于指定活动期间内有效。

• All purchased Fotona 6D sessions must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Expired sessions will not be entitled to the promotional benefits unless otherwise approved by the Company.
所有购买之 Fotona 6D 疗程须于购买时所注明的有效期限内完成使用。逾期将不再享有优惠权益，除非经本公司书面批准。

3. Promotional Usage | 优惠使用条款

• This promotion is applicable exclusively to the Fotona 6D promotional package.
本优惠仅适用于 Fotona 6D 指定优惠配套。

• The promotional price is valid only for the specified Fotona 6D treatment package and cannot be substituted for other treatments or services.
优惠价格仅适用于指定 Fotona 6D 疗程配套，不可兑换或更换为其他疗程或服务。

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, member privileges, promotional campaigns, credit value packages, prepaid treatment credits, or package entitlements, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.
本优惠不可与任何其他优惠、折扣、礼券、会员优惠、促销活动、储值配套、预付疗程额度或其他配套权益同时使用，除非本公司另有书面说明。

• The promotional price is available only as a standalone purchase and cannot be stacked with any other ongoing offer.
本优惠仅适用于单独购买，不可与任何其他优惠同时叠加使用。

4. Consultation & Medical Assessment | 面诊与医疗评估

• All treatments are subject to consultation and assessment by the Company's consultant and/or medical practitioner prior to treatment.
所有疗程均须于治疗前接受本公司顾问及／或医生面诊及评估。

• The Company reserves the right to decline treatment or recommend an alternative treatment if the customer is deemed medically unsuitable.
若经评估认为顾客不适合接受 Fotona 6D 疗程，本公司保留拒绝提供疗程或建议其他适合疗程的权利。

5. Transferability | 转让条款

• This promotional package is strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
本优惠配套仅限购买者本人使用，不得转让他人。

• Any request for transfer is subject to the Company's approval and requires the execution of the Company's prescribed Waiver of Rights Letter.
如需转让，须签署本公司指定之《权利转让声明书》（Waiver of Rights Letter），并经本公司书面批准后方可生效。

6. Treatment Results | 疗程效果

• Individual treatment outcomes may vary depending on each customer's skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, and response to treatment.
疗程效果因个人肤质、健康状况、生活习惯及身体反应而异，实际效果因人而异。

• Multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results.
根据个人情况及医生评估，可能需要进行多次疗程以达到理想效果。

7. Disclaimer | 免责声明

• All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks and potential side effects. Customers acknowledge that they have received sufficient explanation and understand the benefits, limitations, possible risks, and expected recovery associated with the treatment before proceeding.
所有医美疗程均存在一定风险及可能产生副作用。顾客确认已获得充分说明，并已了解疗程的效益、限制、潜在风险及恢复过程后，自愿接受治疗。

8. Final Rights | 最终解释权

• The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or terminate this promotion and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
本公司保留随时修改、修订、暂停或终止本优惠活动及相关条款与细则之权利，恕不另行通知。

• The Company's decision shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion.
本公司对本优惠活动拥有最终解释权及决定权。
