Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the role of SM Prominent Sdn Bhd ("Marketing Company") in the marketing and promotion of aesthetic procedures carried out by BR Clinic Sdn Bhd ("the Clinic"). By proceeding with any booking or deposit payment, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
1. Scope of Role 1.1. SM Prominent Sdn Bhd is engaged solely to market, promote, and introduce potential clients to the Clinic for its aesthetic services. 1.2. The Marketing Company is not a medical provider and is not involved in the performance, administration, or delivery of any aesthetic or medical procedure. 1.3. All procedures are carried out exclusively by licensed medical professionals engaged by the Clinic.
1.2 The Marketing Company is not involved in the administration, provision, performance, or management of any aesthetic or medical procedures. All such services remain the sole responsibility of the Clinic and its duly licensed medical professionals.
1.3 The Marketing Company shall not make any representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding clinical outcomes without the prior written approval of the Clinic.
2. Deposit and Validity 2.1 All deposits made are strictly non-refundable.
2.2 However, the deposit has unlimited validity and can be used at any time in the future for the specified procedures.
3. Collection and Allocation of Fees 3.1 SM PROMINENT SDN. BHD. is authorised to collect funds strictly for marketing services rendered (“Marketing Fees”) and shall be treated as marketing fee.
3.2 All payments for aesthetic procedures (“Procedural Fees”) are to be paid directly to BR AESTHETIC SDN BHD, unless otherwise directed by the Clinic in writing.
3.3 If the Marketing Company is authorised by the Clinic to collect any procedural-related payments, all such funds must be promptly remitted in full to the Clinic without any deductions.
